Raised on pasture in North Carolina and shipped straight from our farm, this cured meats sampler box will give you a lovely taste of 100% pasture raised meat stick snacks along with gourmet salami, a perfect addition to any charcuterie board. Each sampler box is gift-wrapped with care in colorful raffia paper ribbon. This pasture raised cured meat sampler box includes 2 salamis: 1 salami milano, 1 salami classico, 1 each of our full meat stick line (original beef, original pork, sweet bbq, and jalapeno), and 1 HNG sticker. These charming wooden boxes have been hand-stamped with the Hickory Nut Gap Logo and are hand wrapped in biodegradable cellophane with paper raffia and crinkle paper.

Pigs outdoors, cows on pasture eating grass and clover, multiple species grazing together, drinking fresh spring water and living the good life.
